Sara Murphy shares ‎7 things she learned from her cancer experience!

Local musician Sara Murphy gave me permission to re-post this. She wrote "7 things I learned from my cancer experience that I want to share:

1. You have all the strength you will ever need right inside of you.
Don’t doubt it.

2. The universe knows what you need and the best way to get it to you.
Don’t question it. Just go with it.

3. Your personal truth lives within your heart.
You just need to be still, listen and let yourself be led.

4. Tell self-doubt to take a back seat. You have no time for it.

5. Love fully those who are truly deserving of your love.
A life crisis has a way of weeding this out for you.

6. Learn from your experiences and stop thinking of them as ‘mistakes.’ Nothing in life is a mistake. It ALL has its purpose. It may just take some time for the purpose to be revealed to you.

7. Listen. To the universe, to those around you (you might actually learn something from them)….and most importantly- to your SOUL. Feed it, nurture it and it won’t ever steer you wrong.

Embrace the beautiful, perfect craziness that is LIFE."

Those are amazing and thoughtful words! Thank you Sara!
